From 5th February, 2021 all visa applications must be submitted directly to the Russian Consulate General in Palermo by appointment only during reception hours. To make an appointment, please visit https://palermo.kdmid.ru/ Visa Center in Palermo temporarily suspends operational activity, but will continue to provide information and consultation services via e-mail: palermo@ruvisa-it.com and tel .: +39 (091) 778-46-80.

Dear Customers,

We inform you that on the occasion of the Christmas and New Year holidays 2020 the Visa Centers of the Russian Federation in Italy will remain closed or will undergo variations in the opening hours in the following periods:

• 25th and 26th of December 2019 – all Visa Centers of the Russian Federation in Italy will remain closed;
• 31st of December 2019:

• the Visa Center in Genoa is to be closed,
• the Visa Center in Rome will remain operational with reduced hours until 12 p.m.
• the Visa Center in Milan will remain operational with reduced hours until 1 p.m.
• the Visa Center in Palermo will remain operational with reduced hours until 1 p.m.

• From 01/01/2020 to 07/01/2020 – all the Visa Centers of the Russian Federation in Italy will remain closed.

The offices of all the Visa Centers of the Russian Federation in Italy will be open to the public regularly starting from 08/01/2020.

The Consular Office of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Italy in Rome and the General Consulates of the Russian Federation in Milan, Genoa and Palermo will observe the following opening calendar to the public:

• 25-26/12/2019 – Open
• 01/01/2020 – 08/01/2020 – Closed

We are glad to inform you that Russian Visa Center (Interlink SRL) was officially inaugurated on the 19th of June 2019 in Rome and is currently accepting visa applications from individual applicants and travel agents.
